Break and Enter/Mischief/Theft (St. Andrew’s College)

Saskatoon Police arrested three youths on several charges after a break and enter to St. Andrew’s College on September 24, 2006.


The youths entered the building early in the morning of September 24 through an unlocked door. Several rooms were entered in the building, as well as several acts of willful damage.
Saskatoon Police arrested the three youths on an unrelated charge later that same day. The youths admitted to the entry, damage, and thefts. All three youths were charged in this incident, as well as other charges including weapons related offences.
Campus Safety urges the campus community to exercise caution when using campus resources after regular business hours. Unlocked entry points are invitations to incidents similar to the one described above, and can happen within moments. Carrying valid student, staff, or faculty identification will assist Campus Safety when looking for suspicious persons in your work area. Any suspicious persons should be reported to Campus Safety immediately.
