Here are some resources and sources to help you with Canvas.
TheĀ Canvas Student Guides and Canvas videos for students are good resources, short and to-the-point.
Log into the Canvas Community with your NSID and password to ask questions of the Community.
The Canvas Self-Help Portal takes you to a search engine for answers to commonly asked questions. Click on the Chat bubble in the top right-hand of the Portal’s screen:
- to connect with Canvas Live Chat,
- get the Help phone line number
- email Canvas or
- click on the Canvas Community link.
Busiest times for Live Chat and Canvas phone lines are 10 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
You can also get to all the above options from “Help” inside Canvas on your Global Navigation Menu (last icon on the bottom).
USask’s Students’ Canvas page provides information particular to our campus’ support and use of Canvas.
If you’re having issues with things like Panopto videos, WebEx (MEETS), or your browser, reach out to USask’s ICT to learn about specific issues or put in a ticket to get help from ICT.
