Association for Learning Technology’s Annual Conference

The Association for Learning Technology’s Annual Conference, ALTC25, will be in the vibrant city of Glasgow in Scotland.

  • When: Thursday 23 and Friday 24 October 2025
  • Where: Glasgow Marriott Hotel, 500 Argyle Street, Glasgow G3 8RR

Invitation:

Get ready for two incredible days of innovation, collaboration, and exploration in learning technology. From inspiring keynote sessions to engaging workshops and networking opportunities, ALTC25 is your chance to connect, share ideas, and shape the future of education.

ALT’s Annual Conference is recognised as one of the leading events in the UK for professionals working with learning technology. We know it is increasingly difficult to secure funding and time for professional development. This year, we have worked hard to make the conference as time and cost-effective as possible by reducing it to a two day event in a fantastic city centre location. Registration fees have also been frozen at 2024 rates.

Lead the Conference Committee: We are now seeking motivated people to work with us as chairs to lead and shape the event for 2025.  Submit your expression of interest by 23:59 on Sunday 11 May 2025.

Sponsorship and Exhibition opportunities available: If you are interested in connecting with professionals working with learning technologies from across the UK and beyond, please contact our Events Manager, Katie Johnson, at eventmanager@alt.ac.uk to explore sponsorship, partnership, or exhibition opportunities at the event

Details about joining the Committee, the Call for Proposals, and more will be announced in the coming weeks. Let’s come together to make this year’s conference truly unforgettable.
