On 03 January 2007 at approximately 1330H, Department of Campus Safety Special Constables attended the Spinks Building to assist an ill female.

On 03 January 2007 at approximately 1330H, MD ambulance Dispatch contacted the Department of Campus Safety to advise that EMS personnel were responding to a report an ill female in the Spinks Building and to request assistance. In accordance with the request, Special Constables attended the Spinks Building and provided care for the female, who was experiencing severe abdominal discomfort of an unknown nature, until paramedics arrived. The female was subsequently transported to hospital for further assessment and treatment.
