Trick or Eat is an annual event hosted by the USSU Food Centre to collect food and monetary donations for the Saskatoon Food Bank. Participants will meet in Place Riel on October 31st at 5:30 pm to check in and will canvas for donations from 6:00 pm-8:30 pm. As a thank you for volunteering, there will be an afterparty until 10:00 pm with snacks, games, prizes for the best costume, and awarding the Candy Cup to the team who collects the most donations! The Candy Cup is a giant candy-filled trophy that the winners get their team name engraved on!

Who Needs Feminism is starting next week! Come dressed up for halloween on Monday and earn some prizes for best costume.

Or drop by our tables in the Arts Tunnel and Place Riel and tell us why you need feminism to win a prize or stop by the Women’s Centre  to find a few more reasons why!

Feminist Movie Night
Screening Hidden Figures at 6 pm in Louis’ Loft. Come join us for some snacks, a movie and a good time!

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4
Makeup Workshop
Learn how to empower yourself through makeup! 5 pm in the Women’s Centre
(103 Memorial Union Building).

The Imaginus poster sale is back, October 24-28 in Place Riel. 9am-8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday.

The USSU Pride Centre is excited to be celebrating 25 years with Queerapalooza!!! There are going to be some incredible events to check out. All events are open to the public and encouraged for EVERYONE to attend! It’s a great opportunity to learn and connect.

Fruit Salad Resource Fair – October 11th

Come to Louis’ Loft to learn about the different gender and sexual identities in the community and enter to win a gift card to Louis!

Two-Spirit Sharing Circle – October 12th

Join Jack Saddleback at Louis’ Loft to learn more about what it means to be Two-Spirit. The sharing circle is open to everyone.

Drag Story Time – October 13th 

Stories? Drag? What could be better?! Stop by Murray library at 12PM to see Berlin Wahl and Ivanna Beer or 3PM to see Maxim Noize and AnnaLynne Mokho, come see both! 

Adult story time – Adult language will be used

25th Anniversary Drag Show – October 14th

The USSU Pride Centre is excited to be celebrating 25 years since it opened in 1997, and what better way to celebrate than with some drag?

Hosted at Louis’ on campus in the Memorial Union Building, come watch these spectacular performances. Be prepared to yell, laugh, scream, and have the time of your life. It’s going to be an incredible night, you don’t want to miss out!
