Halloween Fest

Are you a Halloween enthusiast? Do you like dressing up? Do you miss trick or treating? You can do it all this year on campus! Join us for a day of fun that includes social media costume contest, photo booth, candy giveaway, pumpkin carving, and Trick or Eat!

Social Media Costume Contest: Make sure to tag #ussuhalloween and post your costume on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter by Oct. 31st midnight. $75, $50, and $25 gift card will be given to the most likes, make sure your account is set to public!

Photo Booth and Candy Giveaway: Grab your friends and stop by Lower Place Riel (across from Treats) from 11 to 2 p.m. to get a free treat if you are dressed up, use the photo booth, or by bringing a nonperishable food item for Treat or Eat (all donations go to the Food Bank).

Pumpkin Carving: Come to the International Student and Study Abroad Centre (Room 80, Place Riel) at 4 p.m. to show off your pumpkin carving skills! Limited spots, sign up required.

Treat or Eat: Too old to go trick or treating? Now you have an excuse! On Halloween, instead of candy, thousands of Trick or Eaters from communities across Canada will go door to door to collect food for campus food organizations, and funds to support the work of students to continue to advocate for good food for all. Donate or join a team today!

Check out the USSU Food Centre’s Trick or Eat 2018 FB event for more information.
