Women with Disabilities Take Action is a safe space discussion group for students who identify as women with disabilities at the University of Saskatchewan campus. We meet every Wednesday from 4-5 pm at the Arts Building room 1008. The meeting room is accessible through the main Arts elevators beside the Arts Café which go up to the 10th floor of the building.
Throughout these sessions, we discuss various disability-related topics such as accessibility issues on campus, mental health resources etc. Also, there are snacks at every meeting! This discussion group is student-led and organized by the Women’s Centre.
