This module reviewed some economic distinctions: that between micro and macro, efficiency and equity, and normative and positive thinking. These terms will become second nature when you analyze the agriculture industry and look at issues through an economic lens.
But more importantly, you have a serious task ahead of you. I’m asking you to contribute your thoughts as the future leaders in the many sectors of the agriculture industry. That means I want to hear from you regardless of your background or major. What do you think are the top 10 issues that the people in the industry face here in Saskatchewan, in Canada and worldwide?
